Great location but but expect... Liked: Great location Disliked: Basically no cleaning done prior to our arrival in our bedroom (for 4) with private bathroom still hair in the bathtub and stains everywhere. It clearly has not been cleaned for days or even weeks. Very disgusting and when we complained they said it might be us that made it dirty….so we sanitized the whole place ourselves as we did not even trusted the cleaning staff to do it.

Liked: It was one of the few options still available when we booked and the only one in lower Manhattan under $--- a night. Disliked: Our room was barely larger than a double bed and completely windowless. At 6'1, my feet and head were both touching walls when laying down, so if you're taller than me, don't stay here. Also absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke from an adjacent room.

Superb Liked: Amazing service, we had an issue with the reservation and had to find an hotel last minute at about 9:30PM and they let us stay for an awesome price, they were super nice at all times with us, there are always ladies cleaning around and it is honestly very clean, rooms are cozy Disliked: Not the most modern place to stay but has a lot of charm
